Domestic shipments arrive in 2–3 business days after dispatch.

These ship directly from our supplier; allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

30-day window: You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping).

How to start a return: Email cuttinupbarbers@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send a prepaid return label for in-stock items.

Drop-shipped & custom goods: These are final-sale unless defective—please inspect immediately and reach out if there’s an issue.

Defects & damage: We’ll cover return shipping on any item that arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
